Hailey was first introduced to the senior living industry through an internship opportunity at Watercrest. “This experience blessed me with not only a front row seat into the industry, but also the importance of intentionality, hospitality, and servanthood necessary from the moment a resident, family member, or visitor walks through the door.”
In December 2022, she will graduate from Liberty University with a Bachelors of Business Administration and a concentration in Healthcare Management. During her time at Liberty University, she assisted in various recruiting efforts campus-wide. One of which included starting Healthcare Leadership Association- a student-run organization aimed at providing students with opportunities to learn, network, and serve throughout central Virginia’s healthcare sector. Through her opportunities and experiences, she has discovered a passion in seeing others tenaciously pursue their God-given callings, and is looking forward to many more to come. As she steps into this new chapter, Hailey will be relocating to Sarasota, FL, where she is hoping to live for the indefinite future!
