Originally from Oahu, HI, Teleia has traveled the world extensively and loved every moment of it. She lived in Massachusetts post college for over 20 years where she rose the ranks to vice president at a public relations agency in Boston Six years ago, she made a life change and moved to Florida, saying goodbye to bitter cold winters! She has a background in sales and marketing at other assisted living facilities in Florida and enjoys working with families to ensure their loved ones find a safe and loving home so family members, can rest assured they made the right decision. Having worked at other assisted living facilities where the focus was on dementia-related care, she understands how emotional of a process it can be and is therefore sensitive and responsive to family members regarding the well-being of their loved one.
She recently joined the Watercrest family so she could marry her love for offering the best care to residents to leading associates to success She has two sons who are Kai (19 years old) and Brody (16 years old), and a pomapoo who seconds as a therapy dog! Teleia got her bachelor’s degree from the Statue University of New York, Oswego, and pursued her master’s degree from Regis College in Massachusetts. When Teleia is not at work, you may spot her running or at the gym training.
