Through the use of visual cues including thoughtfully placed kitchenware, food art, music, and motif, we create an experience for our residents that “wows” every time.
Understanding the unique needs of those with memory impairment, our chefs celebrate how food stimulates the senses, a key to encouraging residents to eat and enjoy meals. This is why you will smell freshly brewed coffee, hear the cracking of eggs, and experience the aromatics of homemade bread baking in our communities.
Additionally, our memory care communities use specific china, flatware, and table decor. Each piece is used with purpose, placed with care, and arranged with our residents in mind. We strive to create a dining venue that invokes memories, stimulates appetite, and invites conversation.
